Le fondateur de Timberland, Nathan Swartz, a commencé à créer des chaussures en 1918 à Boston (Massachusetts) en tant qu'apprenti cordonnier. En 1955, il décide de racheter Abington Shoe Company. Il a créé la technologie imperméable de moulage par injection. Avec cette technologie, il a créé les premières bottes vraiment imperméables. En 1973, la marque Timberland est née avec le modèle "The original Yellow Boot".

Le modèle Authentic Fleece reprend le design original du modèle The Premium 6" mais plus grand. Cette botte est vraiment imperméable avec son cuir Premium Waterproof et ses coutures scellées. La doublure Teddy Fleece et la tige plus haute ont rendu cette botte parfaite pour garder vos pieds au chaud pendant l'hiver.
