The founder of Timberland, Nathan Swartz, started to create shoes in 1918 in Boston (Massachusetts) as an apprentice shoemaker. In 1955, he decided to buy the Abington Shoe Company. He created the injection-molding waterproof technology. With this technology, he created the first truly waterproof boots. In 1973, The Timberland brand was born with the model “The original Yellow Boot”.

The Kinsley 6 inch model from Timberland is a nubuck boot for women. This waterproof boot takes the design of the iconic Timberland 6 inch with an added heel. Its premium nubuck comes from a silver-rated tannery for water and waste management. Enjoy great comfort thanks to its foam insole and EVA midsole. Be chic and elegant with this nubuck boot!
