Returns & Exchange

We hope that you’ll be entirely satisfied with all your purchases at Mile End Kicks. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if something is not quite right, please check below for more information on our return & exchange policy. 
 
We accept only returns within 30 days under the following conditions :
  • The item hasn’t been worn outside.

  • The item is in its original package

  • The receipt is included   

 
In-store purchases
Please note that our return and exchange policy is different for purchases at our locations. 
**We don’t refund the items bought directly in the store.**
We offer exchange and credit notes. **Note that all Credit notes are only valid for 6 months.**
Discounted items purchased at our stores are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for those items.
Online purchases
Kindly mail your return with the carrier of your choice. Once the goods are received at Mile End Kicks and if the return policy has been respected, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item or will ship the item for the exchange. The reimbursement should appear on your bank account in 5 to 7 business days.
**Please take note that the shipping fees to send the product to us are not refundable.**
