1- PAYMENT PROCESSING

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept cheques, cash, or credit vouchers.

Interac cards are are supported through the PayPal guest or member checkout.

IMPORTANT: Your billing information (name, address and postal code) must be input exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This information is used as part of the validation process for your credit card payment.

Make sure your shipping and billing information include a valid Canadian address (P.O. boxes are not accepted). Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Contact Centre needs to contact you about your order.   

 

1.2 My payment will not go through, what's wrong?

The most common factor which may cause payment to be declined is if you entered a billing address that does not match the one on your debit or credit card account. For security concerns, the billing address you provide should always be the exact same as the one associated with your card. The shipping address may be different, for example if you wish to have an order delivered to your workplace or a temporary address of residence.

 

2- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

2.1 When I buy online, what are my shipping options?

  • In-store pick-up (possible on the same day as the order)
  • Parcel delivery

 

2.2 Is it possible to place an order outside of Canada?

Unfortunately no, we only deliver to Canada.

 

3- RETURN AND EXCHANGE

 

We hope that you’ll be entirely satisfied by all your purchases at Mile End Kicks. However if you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item at one of our stores in person or by mail with the carrier of your choice.

 

 

3.1 What is the return policy on online shopping?

We accept only returns within 30 days under the following conditions :

  • The item hasn’t been worn outside.
  • The item is in its original package
  • The receipt is included

Kindly send us an email:

  • If you have changed your mind about your choice or have not been careful about the size selected, you will be responsible for returning the product at your expense.
  • If by mistake we send you the wrong product or the wrong size, we will gladly cover the cost of return.
  • If you want to return a damaged good, we reserve the right to decide if the good is damaged and to proceed to an exchange, a refund or not.

 

3.2 I bought a product in a wrong size, what are my options?

If you buy one of our products in the wrong size, we can reimburse you or exchange it for a new size if the stock is available, the shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.

3.3 What is the return policy for in-store purchase?

For the items directly bought at our location, we accept the returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item hasn’t been worn outside.
  • The receipt of the purchase is provided

Please note that our return and exchange policy is different for purchases at our locations. We don’t refund the items bought directly in store.

We offer exchange and credit note.

The discounted items purchased at our stores are final sale. We do not offer exchange or refund for those item.
