Shipping fees for a purchase of:

99.99$ and less: 10$ standard shipping fee
-
100$ and more : free shipping
All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days.
Once the order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. The shipping is standard and you’ll get the delivery in 2-6 business days.
Important
- The shipping and billing addresses have to be valid and located in Canada.
- Moreover, PO boxes are not accepted because of the carrier policy.
- Your billing address has to be the same as the one of the credit card you used.
- If your order include several items, it is possible that the items will be shipped separately and at different dates.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we don't currently process online orders outside of Canada.
Failed delivery
If your package is returned to Mile End Kicks by the carrier, we will contact you to schedule an other delivery or get a refund. The shipping fee of the failed delivery is not refundable.
We hope that you’ll be entirely satisfied with all your purchases at Mile End Kicks. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if something is not quite right, please check below for more information on our return & exchange policy.
We accept returns within 30 days under the following conditions :
Please note that our return and exchange policy is different for purchases at our locations. We offer exchange and credit notes valid for 6 months.
Discounted items purchased at our stores are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for those items.
*We don’t refund the items bought directly in the store.
Online purchases
Kindly return the item(s) to one of our store near you or by mail with the carrier of your choice. Once the goods are received at Mile End Kicks and if the return policy has been respected, we will ship an exchange or will refund the amount paid for the item(s). The reimbursement should appear on your bank account in 5 to 7 business days.

Contact us by email to let us know if you wish to get an exchange or be reimbursed for the return of your items. Ship your items with the carrier of your choice.
