How to measure?
1)Â Place a piece of paper on a hard floor with one end to the wall. Stand on the piece of paper with the heel slightly touching the wall.
2)Â Mark the end of your longest toe with a pencil for both feet. Tip: It's easier if you let someone help you with this.
3) Measure your marking from the wall (heel) to the longest toe for both feet. Take the larger of the two foot length values and compare it with the sizing chart.

Shipping OptionsÂ
Shipping fees for a purchase of:
- 99.99$ and less: 10$ standard shipping fee
- 100$ and more : free shipping
All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days.
Once the order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. The shipping is standard and you’ll get the delivery in 2-6 business days.
Important
- The shipping and billing addresses have to be valid and located in Canada.
- Moreover, PO boxes are not accepted because of the carrier policy.
- Your billing address has to be the same as the one of the credit card you used.
- If your order include several items, it is possible that the items will be shipped separately and at different dates.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we don't currently process online orders outside of Canada.
Failed delivery
If your package is returned to Mile End Kicks by the carrier, we will contact you to schedule an other delivery or get a refund. The shipping fee of the failed delivery is not refundable.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
Discounted items are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or refund for those items.Â
In-store purchases
Please note that our return and exchange policy is different for purchases at our brick and mortar locations. We do not reimburse items bought directly in our stores. However, we offer exchange and credit note. All credit notes are valid for 6 months.
Online Purchases
To start a return, you can log in to your Mile End Kicks account and head to orders and returns. Please note that the shipping fees to return the product to us are at your charge and not refundable. Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to log in to your Mile End Kicks account and head to your Orders and Returns or you can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
